Job summary

Sureserve is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to service and repair domestic heating and hot water systems across our regional client base in the East of England including Norwich. You will ensure systems operate efficiently and safely, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key qualifications include CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1. You will work on-site with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis, and you will complete required safety checks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Gas qualifications are essential for the role (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
• Out of hours cover on a rota basis is required.
• Criminal and reference checks are part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance on domestic properties across the region.
• Maintain high levels of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants.
• Communicate work progress and complete paperwork electronically and manually.
• Comply with health and safety requirements, risk assessments, and COSHH records.
