Job summary

Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking an experienced Heating Engineer to service and repair domestic heating and hot water systems across our East of England and Midlands regions.

The role focuses on safe operation, customer service, and timely completion of work orders. You will perform risk assessments, maintain records, and participate in an on-call rota with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Gas qualifications are essential (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
• Out-of-hours rota including evenings and weekends.
• Criminal and reference checks required.
• 5 days per week, 40 hours with 1 hour lunch.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties across the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants.
• Communicate updates and progress of work, and complete paperwork.
• Comply with Health and Safety requirements and COSHH records.
