Job summary

Sureserve is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our busy team, carrying out service and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems for customers across the region.

The role requires gas qualifications such as CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1, with out-of-hours rota work. A professional, friendly approach with tenants is essential. All checks and proper paperwork are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Gas qualifications essential, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
• Willing to work out of hours on a rota.
• Friendly, professional attitude with clients & tenants.
• Criminal and reference checks completed before start.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance on domestic heating systems.
• Repair and troubleshoot heating and hot water systems.
• Maintain safe working practices and COSHH compliance.
• Complete paperwork electronically and manually.
• Assist with stock control and parts availability.
