Job Title –Gas Heating Engineer

Sector –Property

Job Location –London

Salary –£35k – £40k plus bonus

Our client is recruiting a London based gas heating engineer who will be hands on to respond to emergency or planned jobs.

Our client specialise in delivering exceptional property care to a variety of clients’ London commercial and residential property portfolios.

You must have testing and diagnostic experience as you will diagnose faults daily.

You will deal with hot water services including diagnostic testing, component renewals, gas safety checks, repairing gas leaks, renewing radiators and radiator valves, bleeding air from systems, renewing flues and gas fire and hob servicing and fitting.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and replacement of boilers
• Upgrades of existing heating systems
• Attend services, breakdowns and reactive maintenance works
• Ensure jobs are completed to specification and pass post quality inspection
• Work in accordance with Gas Safety Regulations and manufacturers’ instructions
• Plan and organise workload to maximize productive time and ensure the best service to customers
