Responsibilities

Plan, manage and deliver projects to contractual, safety, quality and commercial standards.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders for smooth operations.
Monitor workloads and performance; take corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with RAMS, NRSWA and relevant legislation.
Manage variations and on-site changes per client agreements.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely completion of works.
Maintain accurate site records, reports and data within deadlines.
Lead by example in promoting safety and high-quality work.
Take ownership of SHEQ matters and address hazards and near misses.
Conduct site inspections and audits; ensure timely corrective actions.
Ensure safe systems of work and PPE compliance.
Uphold environmental responsibilities.
