Job summary

Lynch Wood is hiring a permanent Gas Engineer to service social housing properties across Huntingdon and surrounding areas. You will receive a company van, fuel card, tools and PPE from day one and join a team committed to safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Gas Safe Domestic ACS, has social housing experience and a full UK driving licence, with a track record of servicing, maintenance and installations in tenanted properties.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Domestic ACS is required.
• Experience working within social housing is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Completing gas servicing, maintenance and installations in tenanted and void properties.
• Part of call out rota when required.
• Working independently or as part of a trades team.
• Engaging with tenants.
• Maintaining safety and compliance standards whilst completing work.
