Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting an experienced Gas Engineer to work on a social housing contract covering the Greater Manchester area. The role involves servicing tenanted properties and ensuring compliance with current Gas Safe regulations.

Duties include carrying out CP12 certificates, gas servicing and safety checks, diagnosing minor faults, and completing certification paperwork while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Registration required and ACS Gas Qualifications up-to-date.
• Experience in social housing or domestic properties.
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out CP12 Gas Safety Certificates within occupied social housing properties.
• Conduct gas servicing, safety inspections and compliance checks.
• Diagnose and rectify minor gas-related faults where required.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with current Gas Safe regulations.
• Accurately completing certification and job paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service when working within tenanted properties.
