Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB, in partnership with a respected housing association, seeks a Gas Engineer for a 9-month FTC based in Pembrokeshire. The role includes gas servicing, repairs and maintenance across domestic properties, with a company vehicle/fuel card.

Hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Applicants must hold ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1) and a Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• ACS Gas qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 and CPA1.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Gas, Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance within domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Completing gas servicing, repairs, maintenance and fault-finding works.
• Delivering high levels of first-time fix performance.
• Undertaking heating installations and replacements.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current gas safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Supporting planned maintenance and property improvement programmes.
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants.
