ECO Approach Ltd is seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to join the team in the Northwest region, expanding from Preston. The role involves servicing, repairing, and inspecting gas systems for a growing client base across private and public sectors.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a similar role and hold CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 qualifications, with strong safety and client communication skills. Part-time contract position in Birmingham area.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers.
• Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 required

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers
• Conduct safety checks and inspections to ensure systems are working efficiently and meet safety standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying and resolving faults and defects
• Provide advice and guidance to clients on the use and maintenance of gas systems and appliances
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures at all times
• Maintain good communication with clients and team members
