Job summary

Eco Approach Ltd recruits a qualified Gas Engineer to install, service, maintain and repair gas systems and appliances for our property and energy efficiency projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will hold CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 and possess a full UK driving licence, a DBS check and own van/tools. You will work per schedule with safety as a priority and maintain accurate job records. We offer van stock and flexible hours with minimum commitment of three days per week.

Qualifications

• Gas engineer with at least 2 years of experience.
• Qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 are required.
• Must have own van, own tools and a full UK driving licence.
• DBS check must be clean.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers.
• Conduct safety checks and inspections to ensure systems meet safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and defects.
• Provide guidance to clients on use and maintenance of gas systems and appliances.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are currently seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems and appliances for our clients

Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers
• Conduct safety checks and inspections to ensure systems are working efficiently and meet safety standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying and resolving faults and defects
• Provide advice and guidance to clients on the use and maintenance of gas systems and appliances
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures at all times
• Maintain good communication with clients and team members

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers
• Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 required
• Own Van
• Own Tools
• Full UK driving licence
• Clean DBS
