Job summary

City Group Managed Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team. We carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing across our portfolio of commercial and domestic properties, delivering high-quality workmanship.

This role requires a full UK driving licence, DBS disclosure, and a proactive, customer-facing approach. Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:00pm with a paid on-call rota; a company van and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in maintenance plumbing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Clean DBS (CRB) check or willingness to undergo one.
• Satisfactory employment references.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Deliver work to a consistently high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service when working on client sites.
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately.
• Work safely and in accordance with current regulations.
• Participate in a paid on-call rota shared fairly across the team.
