Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance role based in the UK. You will perform PPM, proactive and reactive works, and respond to callouts as scheduled. The role involves contractor control and ensuring equipment compliance to standards.

Candidates should hold relevant gas safety qualifications and CSCS/ECS cards. A full driving licence is essential, with commitment to health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or similar environment.
• Full clean driving licence.
• ECS/CSCS card holder preferred or essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance tasks issued through helpdesk within set time frames.
• Provide callout response as per rota.
• Coordinate contractors and monitor workmanship to meet standards.
• Ensure equipment and surrounding area meet company standards.
• Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing under contract.
