Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland in Glasgow is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to undertake maintenance duties, ensure timely reports, and maintain records of statutory inspections. The role involves installing and completing test certifications for minor works and ensuring safety policy compliance.

You will work with a diverse workforce, bring qualifications in HVAC and gas, and contribute to a proactive safety culture while pursuing professional growth through the OCS Academy and digital

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical / HVAC or Equivalent Qualification.
• ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum.
• Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services.
• Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce.
• Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation.
• First Aid.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• Air Handling Unit experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• To undertake maintenance duties as required, making sure all reports are accurately completed within specific time frames.
• To produce accurate documentation as required and keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections.
• Undertake minor quoted works from the initial outset, through installation to completion as required whilst completing all required test certification.
• Ensuring all employees are aware of their obligations under the Health & Safety policy.
