Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a field-based facilities maintenance professional in the UK. You will manage PPM tasks, reactive works, and contractor supervision on site to uphold safety and service standards. The role requires a full driving licence and Gas Safe/related certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management and site safety.
• Full clean driving licence is required.
• ECS/CSCS card is essential.
• Gas safety certifications or equivalent qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued via helpdesk within time frames.
• Provide callout response for the client as detailed on rota.
• Carry out contractor control duties and monitor workmanship to standards.
• Ensure equipment and surroundings meet company standards.
• Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing under contract.
• Work safely at all times and comply with Health & Safety legislation.
