Job summary

Sureserve is a trusted partner for housing associations, local authorities and residents, delivering high-quality compliance and energy services. This heating and gas role in Manchester involves servicing and maintaining domestic systems to keep heating and hot water safe and reliable.

You will work 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday with on-call duties. Essential qualifications are CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 essential.
• Valid UK driving licence essential.
• Experience in domestic gas maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of gas safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Professional and friendly attitude with strong client/tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties across the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer care with clients and tenants to meet quality standards.
• Communicate updates and progress of work, completing paperwork electronically and manually.
