We are seeking a gas maintenance technician to diagnose faults, perform repairs, and carry out planned maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient heating and hot water for customers.

The role requires domestic gas qualifications, a UK driving licence, and strong customer service skills. It includes a 40-hour week, on-call duties, and permanent employment in Oldham.

Qualifications

• CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 qualifications are essential.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in domestic gas maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and industry standards.
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to build relationships with clients and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance on domestic properties in the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer care and quality standards.
