Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking a Gas Service Engineer to service and maintain domestic gas systems under a Social Housing contract in Sandwell. The role emphasizes local, stable work with no call-outs and a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

The candidate will perform boiler servicing, install CO2 and fire alarms, and complete required documentation within a 10-mile radius, with a company van and fuel card available. Overtime is optional and the position offers long-term housing-related work.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS Gas qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Social Housing experience.
• Clean DBS.
• Full UK clean manual driving licence.

We are currently looking for an experienced Gas Service Engineer to work on a Social Housing contract for Sandwell Council.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer looking for a stable, local role with no call-out work.

The contract covers a small 10-mile radius, keeping travel between jobs to a minimum.

Key Responsibilities
