Example Recruitment Group is seeking a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the CO, IP and NR postcode area, installing central heating systems in domestic social housing properties under Housing Association and Council contracts.

You will provide excellent customer care to tenants and clients, and ensure compliance with health and safety, risk assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer.
• ACS qualification including CCN1 & CENWAT.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• No unspent criminal convictions (DBS check to be carried out on offer).

Responsibilities

• Install central heating systems in domestic settings.
• Provide high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients.
• Follow Health & Safety requirements and legislation, including risk assessments and COSHH records.

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the CO, IP and NR postcode area carrying out boiler installations within domestic social housing properties on local Housing Association and Council contracts.

The Role:

• Installing central heating systems
• Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
• Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
• ACS qualification including CCN1 & CENWAT
• Full UK Driving Licence
• No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)

The Package:

• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Overtime paid at hourly rate
• Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
• Salary: £32,287.50 - £60,000 per annum (based on price)
