Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Gas Engineer for Derby-based work on domestic gas heating systems. The role offers a basic salary of £40,300 per annum with a 40-hour week and overtime opportunities.

You will diagnose faults, perform first-time fixes where possible and maintain safety standards in line with Gas Safe regulations. Applicants should hold ACS Gas Qualifications, have experience in domestic breakdowns and possess a full UK driving licence.

• ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in domestic gas breakdowns, fault finding and repairs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Package

• Basic Salary: £40,300 per annum.
• 40-hour working week.
• 1 in 4 Saturdays (08:00-16:00) paid at time and a half in addition to salary.
• Sunday overtime paid at double time.
• Company van provided with private use available (subject to company policy).
