Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking a Gas Engineer to service and repair domestic gas heating systems and boilers on subcontract in the Leicester area.

The role requires ACS CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 and Gas Safe registration, a own van with business insurance, and access to a flue gas analyser. You will carry out servicing, fault diagnosis, and safety inspections in social housing properties.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1.
• Gas Safe registration is current.
• Own van insured for business use.
• Own flue gas analyser.
• Public liability insurance.
• Proven experience servicing and repairing domestic gas heating systems and boilers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and repairs on domestic gas appliances and boilers.
• Complete gas safety inspections and issue Gas Safety Certificates.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure heating systems operate safely and effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in social housing properties.

• Up to £25 per service
• Up to £30 per repair

We are seeking a reliable and qualified gas engineer with proven experience in servicing and repairing domestic gas heating systems and boilers.
