Job summary

Regen Solutions is recruiting a Domestic Gas Engineer to perform service and repair work within social housing contracts in Hampshire. The role involves landlord CP12 checks, diagnosing faults, servicing boilers, and completing paperwork electronically on-site in occupied properties.

Applicants must be Gas Safe registered with ACS qualifications and have experience in social housing. A van, tools, public liability insurance, and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe registered with CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 qualifications.
• Experience in social housing and carrying out landlord gas safety checks.
• Strong fault-finding and repair capabilities for domestic boilers and heating systems.
• Own van and tools with valid driving licence and PL insurance.

Responsibilities

The Role

• Carrying out landlord gas safety checks (CP12s)
• Diagnosing and repairing gas heating faults
• Servicing domestic gas boilers and heating systems
• Completing all paperwork electronically
• Providing a professional service within occupied social housing properties

Requirements
