Job summary

United Living is looking for a Gas Contract Supervisor to support the Gas Manager and oversee a team of Gas Engineers and Apprentices in Greater London. You will ensure high quality gas installation, servicing and maintenance work, while managing health & safety and contract liaison.

The role covers inspections, auditing of engineers where needed, and coordination with clients to deliver swift, positive outcomes. A strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Full Domestic ACS qualifications inc. MET1.
• CDMMA1 - Fumes Investigation.
• Experience of carrying out gas auditing of engineers is an advantage.
• SMSTS - Is desirable
• L.P.G, Oil & Commercial qualifications are an advantage.
• Microsoft Excel, Project and Word skills required

• Liaise with clients and residents to help Gas Manager deal with complaints, correspondence and client enquiries to enable a swift and positive outcome

Working hours 7.30am Until 5pm Monday to Friday

1 hour lunch break
