Job summary

Kinecx Energy Limited is recruiting a Customer Services Assistant on a maternity cover basis. The role supports the Customer Services team with queries and administration, and provides administrative resource for new gas connections and network maintenance, answering calls and emails from customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to organise tasks and manage workload.
• Ability to work with people at all levels.
• Experience in the energy sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer queries and administration within Customer Services.
• Provide administrative support for new gas connections and network maintenance.
