Job summary

Trivallis is seeking an experienced Gas Compliance Supervisor to lead the Gas Compliance team and deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service across the portfolio. The role requires managing performance, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safe, efficient gas installs and servicing in housing contexts.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, with a focus on improving tenant satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Gas qualifications - CCN1. CENWAT. CKR1. HTR1. CMDDA1 (Older qualifications CEN1.WAT1. CPA1).
• Proven experience of leading and managing teams.
• A strong track record of driving performance and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent experience within a gas installation, maintenance and servicing within housing environment.
• The ability to motivate, coach, and develop colleagues to perform at their best.
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and improving tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Gas Compliance team to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gas Compliance Supervisor to lead and support our Gas Compliance team in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service.

You will be responsible for managing team performance, driving operational excellence, and ensuring installs, servicing and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard in line with GSIUR. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will play a key role in embedding our values and fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive team culture.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across our housing portfolio. A company van will be provided to support you in carrying out your duties.
