Are you a detail-oriented and quality-focused Garment Technologist looking for your next step? Join our collaborative team, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the exceptional fit and quality of our Wovens and Jersey Tops product, and also take ownership of our Kidswear product.

As the Garment Technologist, you'll be an integral partner to our Design and Buying departments, working hand-in-hand from the initial sample stage through to final delivery. You'll be instrumental in upholding the technical integrity of our woven and jersey tops garments, ensuring they meet our high standards of fit, quality, and performance.

What you'll do:

1. Collaborate closely with Design and Buying: Understand the creative vision for each season and optimise our size ranges to maximise sales potential.
2. Lead Fit Sessions: Attend fit sessions to evaluate samples, provide feedback on fit, and communicate specifications to suppliers.
3. Manage the Sealing Process: Oversee the sealing process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of samples with a 'right first time' approach.
4. Partner with the Senior Technical Manager: Collaborate to address challenges or delays, prioritising samples according to the critical path.
5. Analyse Fabric Test Reports: Review and approve bulk size specifications based on fabric testing insights.
6. Ensure Consistent Fit: Maintain a consistent and excellent fit across our collections, including Kidswear.

Who you'll be:

Someone with a strong understanding of garment construction, pattern cutting, grading, and testing. Your technical expertise will be crucial, and your attention to detail exceptional. You should be a confident communicator, able to build and manage relationships with our Design and Buying teams, as well as suppliers.
