We are currently seeking a dedicated Grounds & Gardens Person to join our experienced team at Leez Priory, one of the UK’s most iconic and beautiful Grade I listed wedding venues.

This is a full-time position offering a varied and rewarding role for someone passionate about horticulture and proud of creating and maintaining stunning gardens. Responsibilities include maintaining lawns, flower displays, propagation, and supporting grounds upkeep, including minor guest-related issues. Weekend work may be required on a rota basis.

About You:

You should have a genuine passion for horticulture, with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred, knowledge of various plants and maintenance techniques, and skilled use of horticultural tools and machinery. A driving license or access to transport is essential due to the venue's location.
