Qualifications

• Must have a passion for gardening and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds to high standards, safe and tidy.
• Tend flowerbeds, shrubs and trees, planting diverse flora.
• Care for equipment and fencing, keeping them in good order.
• Clear snow and ice in winter for resident safety.
• Use garden chemicals in line with COSHH regulations.
• Adapt schedule to residents' needs with patience and empathy.
