Are you a skilled Garden Designer interested in a new challenge with Buckinghamshire's most prestigious Landscape design and construction company?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Design team and be part of our Design, Landscaping, and Maintenance company, based in Penn, near High Wycombe. We are now in our 25th year with big ambitions to develop our business.
Our small, flexible design team now needs another member, preferably an experienced designer used to managing their own projects in their entirety, able to take on client management responsibilities once embedded in the team, and helping clients throughout the design and construction process.
If this sounds like you, we might have your perfect next role.
Passion and creativity: Use your talent to solve real-world problems, develop budgets, and manage client relationships to deliver actual gardens, not just designs. Meticulous work, site understanding, openness to challenge, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Technical skills: A formal Garden Design or Landscape Architecture qualification is ideal but not essential; real-world experience is highly valued. Proficiency in SketchUp and a willingness to learn AutoCAD are required. Knowledge of plants and ability to create planting plans are also highly valued.
Personal attributes: Fluent written and spoken English, reliability, teamwork, time management, and an engaging personality for client meetings are essential.
Location: Must be able to work daily from our office in Penn, near Beaconsfield, with a full driving license and own transport.
