A passion for plants and horticulture is essential, with hands-on leadership and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of plant knowledge and horticulture experience.
• Hands-on retail experience preferred.
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential; training provided.

We are looking for a Team Leader Plants to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive "can do" attitude plus a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate should be physically fit as this is a very hands on role and some heavy lifting will be involved. Forklift truck license would be an advantage although not essential as training will be given.

Experience in building or similar retail experience is preferred.

2 years of plant knowledge a must, previous work within horticulture required.

• Hours per Week: 35 Hours per Week Including Weekends
