Job summary

British Garden Centres is seeking Restaurant Team Members to join our busy restaurant network. The role is customer-facing, requires friendly and confident interaction, and involves weekend and flexible hours across our locations.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to high pace during peak trading and supporting a busy service with tilling systems. We offer staff car parking and staff discounts across our garden centres, restaurants, and associated facilities,

Qualifications

• Must be fully flexible, hours include weekends.
• Must be friendly and confident for this customer-facing role.
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team, adapting to peak trading speed.

Responsibilities

• Work in a busy restaurant environment and assist in daily operations.

We have a great opportunity for Restaurant Team Members to come and join our friendly Restaurant. Bringing our food and Restaurant to life for our guest to remember. Must be fully flexible, hours involve weekend work.

May be required to use a computerised tilling system.

Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant.

Must be Friendly & Confident for this customer facing role.

Be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team, able to adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading.
