Hillier Nurseries Ltd is seeking a friendly Restaurant Supervisor for our Bath garden centre restaurant. You will support the Restaurant Manager, supervise the team, and help deliver excellent customer service while maintaining food and beverage quality.

This part-time role offers guaranteed 34 hours per week on a rota basis, with daytime shifts and full training. We encourage proactive, flexible candidates who can take on extra shifts during peak periods and enjoy working in a welcoming,

Our on-site restaurant is a key part of the experience, providing our customers with delicious, freshly prepared meals, cakes, light snacks, and beverages.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our restaurant team and help create memorable experiences for our customers.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and supervising the restaurant team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of food and beverages and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

We’re offering a permanent, part-time opportunity with guaranteed 34 hours each week, worked on a rota.
