Hillier Nurseries Ltd in Marlow seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our on-site restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and efficiency.

You will lead a dedicated team, manage stock and supplies, control costs and work with the Garden Centre Manager to maximise restaurant success. This is a full-time, permanent role offering 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hospitality operations at a supervisory level.
• Ability to step in and support kitchen when required.
• Strong understanding of allergens and food safety practices.
• Proven due diligence in health and safety monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all levels.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest service.
• Lead front- and back-of-house teams to maintain standards.
• Manage stock, ordering and cost control measures.
