Job summary

Hillier Nurseries Ltd seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Newbury Garden Centre restaurant and coffee shop. You will oversee daily operations, drive excellent customer service, and manage a team to deliver high-quality food and experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management at front and back of house.
• Good kitchen knowledge and ability to step in when required.
• Thorough understanding of allergens.
• Knowledgeable in health and safety practices.

Responsibilities
