Access Garage Doors Ltd in Watford is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Watford branch, oversee daily operations, manage a small team, support customers and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle customer enquiries, sales and order processing, coordinate installations, monitor stock, and maintain high standards of service. This hands-on role offers training and development within a respected, long‑established company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading a team or branch.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Valid UK driving licence (car required).

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Watford branch. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, manage a small team, support customers, and help drive continued growth and success.

The Role / Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Watford branch
• Managing and supporting a small team

• This is a hands-on role and will involve manual handling and heavy lifting

• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and order management systems

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
• Experience within garage doors, construction, builders merchants, home improvements or trade-related industries
• Experience scheduling installations or coordinating operational teams
• Knowledge of stock handling and goods checking

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday: 7.30am -5pm
• Saturday: 9am - 12.30pm on a rota basis
