Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Garage Doors. The role covers South West London to South West and East London to the South/East Coast with a mix of field-based and home-based activity.

Salary £45,000-£55,000 base + £75,000-£85,000 OTE, company van and benefits. You will manage 8-10 surveyors, receive strong leads from the office, and travel extensively to secure quotes and sales.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a field based role.
• 12-18 months field sales people management experience.
• Ideally sales experience with a made-to-measure/home improvement sector.
• Ideally roller door experience but backgrounds in windows/doors/blinds/KBB or related technical building products considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8-10 sales surveyors across the region.
• 80% on the road, 20% from home.
• Coach surveyors on surveys, KPI review and performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during surveys with accurate measurements and tailored quotes.
• Collaborate with installation and closing sales teams.
• Average orders around £1,400 and loads of leads provided by the office.
