Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to drive sales of garage and front doors across a merchant network in the North West. The role focuses on building relationships with national and regional merchants, buying groups and distributors, while managing orders from about £1k to £60k.

You will organise your diary, visit merchants, and coordinate with internal teams to maximise territory sales. A strong track record in field sales within building materials is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have field-based sales within the construction industry.
• Experience selling to national/regional merchants and buying groups.
• Ability to develop relationships with merchants and developers.

Responsibilities

• Sell a comprehensive range of garage and front doors to national and regional merchants.
• Manage orders and relationships with buyers, merchants, and wholesalers.
• Organise diary and field visits to develop merchant networks.
• Liaise with internal support staff and marketing to maximise sales in the territory.
