Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover North West and North Wales, selling a high-quality range of garage and front doors to national and regional merchants and builders’ merchants. You will manage a diary of merchant visits and work with internal teams to maximise sales within your territory.

The ideal candidate has field-based sales experience in the construction sector, a proven track record with builders merchants, and a genuine drive to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within the construction sector.
• Track record of selling to builders merchants or equivalent channels.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sell a comprehensive range of garage and front doors to national and regional merchants, independent merchants, buying groups, and wholesalers.
• Manage orders with values from about £1k to £60k.
• Organise your diary and store visits to develop merchant relationships.
• Coordinate with internal support staff and marketing to maximise sales in your territory.
