Job summary

Staffline is seeking Food Production Operatives for a busy Manchester factory, manufacturing and packing gammon and bacon. The role offers a standard shift with a 45 minute break and pays £13.00 per hour, with overtime rates of £19.50 (over 42.5 hours) and £26.00 on Sundays.

Temp to perm, on-site parking and full training provided. Daily duties include preparing pork products, packing, hygiene, loading, and following health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to adhere to site H&S regulations.
• Follow SSOW.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pork for smoking, curing or drying into gammon and bacon.
• Pack joints into boxes and packets for customers.
• Hygiene and cleaning of the factory and equipment.
• Load trays into large industrial machines.
• Heavy lifting and following hygiene and safety procedures.
