What You Will Be Doing
  • Reporting to the Head in the UK, your main responsibility is to build relationships with merchants from scratch.
  • Attend industry events and networking conferences.
  • Proactively contact partners via email, LinkedIn, telephone, and face-to-face meetings. Achieve and document minimum KPI activity levels as set by the UK Head.
  • Assist the team during onboarding by collecting and pre-vetting due diligence documentation.
  • Provide market insights, feedback, and opportunities to the product team.
We Are Looking For
  • At least 3+ years of successful experience in business development roles, with a consistent record of exceeding targets, including 2+ years in banking/payments.
  • Experience selling products to SMEs and large businesses.
  • Familiarity with leading CRMs and strong analytical skills regarding sales statistics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to remove blockers, drive continuous improvement, and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
  • Hands-on attitude, eager to close big deals and develop strategic partnerships.
