Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist customers with video gaming needs.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Promote GameStop’s guest benefits and ensure store areas are clean and organized.
• Conduct store inventory counts and manage cash deposits.
