Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-quality team of engineers.
Define and implement solutions across FX Technology to benefit multiple asset classes.
Hands-on engineering leadership with deep technical involvement.
Manage personnel duties including performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions.
Develop a clear vision for the team and structure to maximize impact and resource use.
Drive the design and development of system architecture with end-users to improve deliverables.
Ensure Citi policies and comprehensive documentation are maintained.
