A growing commodities-focused hedge fund is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its London office. This role includes managing trade matching and validation, performing daily reconciliations, and assisting with P&L reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in operations within a hedge fund or financial institution and strong analytical skills, particularly in Futures and Options. Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in Operations, Trade Support or Middle Office.
• Experience within a hedge fund, asset manager, bank or commodity trading firm.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle for Futures and Options.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade matching and validation across internal systems.
• Perform daily T+1 trade, position and cash reconciliations.
• Assist with daily P&L reconciliation and reporting.
• Liaise with traders, prime brokers, fund administrators.
• Support operational compliance requirements and record keeping.
