Teaching Personnel Ltd. invites graduates to join the Future Teachers Programme in Poole as a Cover Supervisor. Salary is £23,000–£27,000 per annum with a January 2027 start, and you will be paid through PAYE while gaining valuable school-based experience.

The role offers a clear path towards PGCE and QTS, full-time school-based experience, and ongoing guidance as you build confidence and classroom skills before teacher training.

Qualifications

• All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced DBS check.

Responsabilités

• Supervise lessons during short-term teacher absences.
• Ensure students understand and complete the work provided.
• Develop your classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Observe lessons across different subjects.
• Gain an understanding of differentiation and different approaches to supporting students.
• Experience registration, assemblies and wider school activities.
• Work alongside teachers and other school staff.
