Job summary

JLL is seeking a UK Early Careers Program Manager to lead our early careers programmes, including internships, apprentices and graduate development. You will manage programmes, nurture emerging talent and ensure a strong pipeline of future professionals and leaders for JLL.

This role covers RICS APC leadership, DAS administration, onboarding, training provider management, rotations and community building, plus induction and new joiner support, reporting to the HR function.

Qualifications

  • Programme coordination across multiple concurrent programmes in early careers, L&D, or talent management.
  • Confident using digital platforms to track progress and deadlines.
  • Strong relationship building with trainees, providers, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with reliable record-keeping.
  • Analytical thinker who resolves issues and improves processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the UK Early Careers Programme, including internships, apprenticeships and graduate development.
  • Coordinate APC, apprenticeship and DAS-related activities and governance.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction events and buddy/manager introductions.
  • Source and manage training providers and related paperwork.
  • Support transfers and funding continuity for hires mid-programme.
  • Collaborate with HR to handle trainee development and escalation.
