JLL is seeking a UK Early Careers Program Manager to oversee internships, apprenticeships and graduate development, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for the business.
You will manage APC submissions, DAS administration, onboarding, induction, and cross-office community building, partnering with HR and external providers to deliver high-quality development experiences.
Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented peopleand empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. JLL is a leading professional services firm specializing in Real Estate and Investment Management. With a global presence, we provide a wide range of services to clients across various industries. JLL is dedicated to creating rewarding career opportunities and fostering the professional growth of our employees. We foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
At JLL, you’ll help shape the beginning of careers that will define our industry’s future. Our Early Careers programmes are where we’re building JLL’s next generation of professionals, and this role sits at the heart of that mission. As AI reshapes what skills matter most, we’re creating deliberate pathways that help apprentices and graduates adapt and thrive from the very start—not just react to change as it happens.
If you’re already using AI-enabled tools to work more efficiently—managing data, automating processes, or solving problems faster—you’ll fit right in. We see technology as an amplifier for the human-centered work you do. This is a chance to do career-defining Early Careers work, build programme management skills that stay relevant as the workplace evolves, and help JLL’s emerging talent moving forward with confidence.
You’ll bring agility and resilience, comfort moving with change rather than waiting for it to settle. You’re AI- and digital-literate, and you’ve already put AI-enabled tools to work in how you design and deliver learning. You think critically and analytically, and you know how to turn that thinking into a case others can act on. You collaborate naturally, influence without needing formal authority, consult rather than dictate, and you know how to drive change through people, not just process.
Shape the future of commercial real estate by building JLL’s next generation of talent. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join us as a UK Early Careers Program Manager. You will be responsible for managing our early careers programs, including internships, apprentices and graduate development. Your role will be vital in nurturing emerging talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of future professionals and leaders for JLL.
Lead the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence programme—the gateway qualification for our surveyors. You’ll orchestrate two submission cycles annually, matching trainees with experienced counsellors, coordinating support sessions, and serving as the authoritative voice between JLL and RICS. Beyond submissions, you’ll manage training provider relationships, maintain our UK Early Careers SharePoint hub and tracking systems, reshape the Early Careers committee structure for maximum impact, and collaborate with APC Success to ensure our training materials hit the mark.
Take ownership of the Digital Apprenticeship Service platform, acting as the technical expert who keeps everything running smoothly. This means maintaining accurate records and building strong working relationships with funding agencies to navigate queries and technical challenges.
Navigate the complexity of apprenticeship transfers for new hires joining JLL mid-programme. You’ll coordinate with previous employers and training providers to obtain records, ensure funding continuity, and make the transition seamless so apprentices don’t lose momentum in their qualifications.
Research, evaluate, and onboard external training providers who meet JLL’s standards. Once selected, you’ll handle all registration paperwork and setup documentation, building partnerships that deliver quality training experiences for our apprentices and trainees.
Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Early Careers joiners. You’ll liaise with IT teams to ensure laptops and systems are ready from day one, confirm team placements and details, introduce newcomers to their buddies and managers, and remove any friction that could slow their integration into JLL.
Contribute to creating memorable first impressions by supporting our induction events. You’ll help plan engaging programmes that set new joiners up for success, coordinating logistics, materials, and schedules to deliver a welcoming and informative experience.
Deliver the twice-yearly rotation process that gives our Commercial scheme trainees exposure across different business areas. You’ll manage the logistics, match people to opportunities, handle the scheduling puzzle, and ensure smooth transitions that maximize learning while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Foster connection and consistency across our Early Careers network. You’ll help build the community feeling that makes Early Careers colleagues feel supported and connected, even across different offices and service lines.
Play a key role in our summer internship programme—often the first touchpoint for future talent. You’ll support coordination and delivery activities that give interns genuine insight into life at JLL while helping us identify potential future graduates.
Be the go‑to person trainees turn to throughout their professional journey. You’ll provide hands‑on guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure each person has what they need to succeed—whether that’s connecting them with resources, answering questions about their pathway, or simply being a supportive presence during critical qualification periods.
Act as the operational backbone for new L&D initiatives. You’ll track applications as they come in, organize compelling briefing sessions, manage onboarding logistics, and arrange events that bring learning to life.
Partner with our HR colleagues to handle sensitive employee relations matters affecting Early Careers colleagues. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for escalations, working diplomatically to resolve issues while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring fair, consistent treatment in line with company policies.
Run the bi-annual promotions process that celebrates our newly qualified professionals. This involves tracking qualification completions, coordinating with HR and line managers, managing documentation, and ensuring people transition smoothly into their new roles with appropriate recognition and updated responsibilities.
