• No minimum degree required, but candidates should demonstrate the knowledge, understanding and skills aligned to the role.

• Ability to work with insight, solve problems and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Rotational placements across Product and Platform, Customer Propositions and Digital Journeys, and Strategic Partnerships.
• Learn how products are designed, managed and delivered across lending and everyday banking.
• Collaborate with product leads, engineers, data experts and partners to deliver change.
• Develop financial literacy and understand how the bank generates revenue.
