Job summary

LBG is launching a Product and Partnerships Graduate Scheme designed to develop the next generation of product leaders. You will learn how products are created, prioritised, launched and continually improved while working alongside Product Leads, engineers and external partners to solve real customer problems.

Over two years, you’ll complete three placements across mortgages, loans, cards and digital journeys, building expertise in customer insight, commercial decision-making and agile delivery

Qualifications

• No minimum degree is required, but show knowledge, understanding and the skills aligned to the role.
• Genuine interest in customers, products, partnerships, technology and willingness to learn.
• Confidence using insight to solve problems and collaborate with others.
• Please note that visa support is not available.

Responsibilities

• Learn how products are created, prioritised, launched and continually improved.
• Collaborate with Product Leads, Engineers, Designers, Data Experts and external partners to solve real customer problems.
• Contribute to meaningful work that impacts millions from day one, moving ideas from insight to launch.
• Complete three diverse placements across customer-focused business areas over two years.
