Qualifications

• No minimum degree required, but demonstrated knowledge aligned to the role will be assessed.
• Genuine interest in customers, products, partnerships, technology and willingness to learn.
• Confidence working with insights, solving problems and collaborating with others.
• Note: visas cannot be supported.

Responsibilities

• Complete three placements across customer-focused business areas over two years.
• Learn how products are created, prioritised, launched and improved.
• Develop partnerships with major partners to shape propositions and drive delivery.
