Targetjobs UK is launching a Product and Partnerships Graduate Scheme in the UK. You will rotate across three placements, shaping mortgages, loans, cards, insurance and digital journeys while learning from leaders and engineers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in product management, partnerships and data-driven decision making, with mentoring and structured development. Hybrid work requires at least two days in the office weekly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to three diverse placements across our customer focused business areas.
• Learn how products are prioritised, launched and continually improved.
• Collaborate with Product Leads, Engineers, Designers, Data Experts and external partners to solve real customer problems.
