Job summary

Brighton-based accountancy practice is seeking a General Practice Partner / Director Designate to lead client portfolios and drive growth. Hybrid working and flexible arrangements are available as part of a progressive leadership team.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification with significant Director/Partner level experience in a mid-size practice, plus a track record in business development and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified and eligible to practice.
• Experience at Director or Partner level in an accountancy practice.
• Strong general practice background with audit and tax experience and accounts preparation.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a substantial client portfolio.
• Demonstrated success in business development and winning new work.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Commercially minded with strategic relationship management.
• Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients, including large and technically complex businesses.
• Act as a trusted adviser, delivering commercially focused accounting and business advice.
